I want to use MAPMAN to analyze our poplar gene expression data, but seemly, there are not suitable mapping files now available for this. What can I do? It will be appreciated if you can do these files for us or tell us how to do. Now, we have related GO information of genes on our popArrays. Thanks a lot!

Dear Horace,

which platform is this array? I think we have poplar-Affymetrix at least prepared using automated procedures, which we could make aivable.

Cheers,

Hi, Bjoern,

I'm using the mapping file called Ptr_JGI1_1_0309. Would you like to tell me how many JGI ids encapsulated in it? Thanks very much!

Horace
