i have installed MapMan on a linux server successfully
when i run "/usr/local/MapMan/MapMan"
it ask to download data from MapManStore Server
but i am behind a NAT,i use http proxy to be connected with internet

so how could i use proxy with MapMan?

any advice will be appreciated!

I will investigate that. I know that there are also some firewall issues, which will be harder to tackle. I will try to give you some more information by tomorrow.

yes

but i also have a proxy without authentication

and the proxy with authentication is faster

I have implemented proxy support into the newest version which will be released in probably a month or so. ;)

No, just joking. I have added the code to the latest release version, which I will supply to you for testing as ImageAnnotator.jar file.

I have already tested the proxy support with a squid proxy I have set up for that purpose to control the logs, but it would be nice if you could test the authorization as I don't want to set up the full test enviroment.

Download the ImageAnnotator.jar (exchange with the installed on, please make a copy before ) and see if it works for you.

i test the proxy with authentication and it works wonderfully!

Proxy support is now integrated since MapMan Version 2.0.2 which is now available to download.
