Hi,

I have a list of Chip IDs from Arabidopsis. When I check for over-representation using PageMan everything is fine. However, when I try to map the genes on MapMan, the program only recognizes a very small part of the genes.

What should I do?

Hi Tamar,

the list of genes displayed depends on the pathway you choose.
You might try the overview pathways first.

I did try the overview and it only recognized 11 genes out of the 120 I put in.
