Hi,

I have an expression dataset of turfgrass that we assembled using sorghum genome. I am planning to visualize it in Mapman using the sorghum mapping file. However the mapping file of sorghum in MapMan store is ver 1.4. Is it possible to generate a new mapping file for sorghum using the ver 2.1 of Phytozome?
