Hi,

I am trying to import txt file to Robina. I would like to use "alternative data input".
When I try to import txt files, they give error message "Counts table format contains incompatible data: <oxr1 0 0.000173127>".
I tried to use text file which including "gene ID", "SampleA", "SampleB". Text file header has "ID SampleA SampleB".
Following columns have Gene symbol and FPKM value describing as follow.

ID SampleA SampleB
genesymble 0.001 0.02

Besides, I did not use space or tab in head of column.
Could you please help me with that?

Regards
Shinya
