Dear Curator,
I have some transcriptomics data from Brassica and have "Bna" , Unigene IDs but when ran through the Mapman , it doesn't matched to any existing IDs.
How to fix these issues?

Hi,

you can create a custom mapping for your data using the mercator pipeline (http://mapman.gabipd.org/web/guest/app/mercator)
In case your data set is too large for submission via the web, simply contact me directly via email (lohse_at_mpimp-golm.mpg.de).
