Hi all,

I am working with maize and I would like to perform a chromosomal view analysis with MapMan. Does anybody know if is possible to do a chromosomal view analysis with maize Affymetrix data?.

Hi Victor Manuel Rodriguez,

the current maize affymetrix mapping does not include the chromosomal
location information needed for the chromosomal view function. I will augment
the file with chromosomal location information provided in http://ftp.maizesequence.org/current/filtered-set/ZmB73_5b_FGS.gff.gz
as obtained from maizesequence.org and post a message as soon as that's
available.
