yes it gives you significance thresholds. So the p-values are NOT corrected but the bonferroni level fpr 5% and the FDR (Benjamini Hochberg) level for 5% are given at the bottom.

As of now it doesn't take the structure of the bins into account. (As a proper correction would have to consider this as well).
Bonferoni is thus too conservative.
