Hi everyone,

I recently encountered a problem in mapman. It was working properly but suddenly it give me error when I want to see the metabolism overview pathway, very strange. I also does this for sample data from mapman. 2 error messages are appered as below:

Error showing data:
Error parsing bin code: ''
java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""

and

Error parsing bin code: ''
java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""


I treid to install it again but it is still the same

It works properly for other pathways only
has problem with metabolism-overview pathway.

Hi Vaji,

I just hope this was solved by email. I'm just checking on unanswered posts.

The error detects a problem with the XML file behind the pathway image.
You can try to reload the pathway from the MapManStore.
