I would like to know is it possible to make a mapping file for Affymetrix cotton geneChip genome array. I wanted to use MAPMAN for analysis of expression data.

it is possible to generate such a file using the Affymetrix probe set sequences. I will

I attached the file. Can you please tell me how much time is required to assign Mapman BIN code for 23,977 transcrips.

i just returned from holidays and uploaded your mapping to the MapManStore first thing. You can download it as
a txt or excel file from there directly (just go to http://mapman.gabipd.org/web/guest/mapmanstore) or download
the mapping directly from within the MapMan application by clicking "mappings"->"new mapping"->"download".
