I am trying to represent my data of Soybean micro-array and Proteomics data using MapMan. Both data have gene ids and inducibility. Since, only ref genomes like Arabidopsis , Maize, and Medicago are present in MapMan would it be possible to generate the nice metabolic and other related presentation for soybean data?
Does anybody tried before to use Mapman for related /closely related species?
Any suggestion/comment is more than welcome to resolve the concern.

Thanks

Prateek

Dear Prateek,

it is only autogenerated but have a look here:
http://mapman.gabipd.org/web/guest/mapmanstore

or from withing MapMan right click on Mappings and download additional data from the store.

Best Wishes,
