Hi, I am using mercator bin classification for maize protein. To my wonder, i found so many proteins with high similarity with KNOWN Arabidopsis thaliana protein BUT Not assigned.unknown function category. Do we need to mannualy change the category?? Why it happens in Auto mode of classification?
