Hi Marc,

Robin 1.3.1 (32-bit JAVA, Windows 7) does Rank Product with RMA fine but does not work if you choose the Plier algorithm. It gives the following message:
Loading required package: Biobase

Welcome to Bioconductor

Vignettes contain introductory material. To view, type
'openVignette()'. To cite Bioconductor, see
'citation("Biobase")' and for packages 'citation(pkgname)'.

Error: could not find function "justPlier"
Execution halted

Any help with resolving this would be much appreciated.
