Using MapMan

using Mapman to view RNA-seq expression data

Hi,

I’m trying to use MapMan with RNA-seq data. My identifiers are TSS followed by a number (ex: TSS23257).
I’ve used both Mapping, AFFY_ATH1_TAIR9 and AGI_TAIR9, but I always get an error, and the software does not proceed with the analysis.
I’ve also noticed that there is post called “using Mapman to view RNA-sequencing data” and I was wondering if anyone has been able to read it, since to me the access is denied
.
Cheers!
Monica

Dear Monica

that should be no problem, just convert differences to log2 fold changes.

However I have never come across TSS identifiers for Arabidopsis (usually they should be in the format AT1g53500). Well that is assuming you have Arabidopsis data as you chose Arabidopsis mapping files. Where is your data coming from?

Cheers,
Björn
