Hi,

I would like to know if you planning to create a maping file for the Affymetrix Brassica Exon 1.0 ST Array platform? If not, would it be possible to create one using the datasets at http://www.brassica.info/resource/trancriptomics.php?

Hi Martijn,

using the 135k Unigene sequences we can autogenerate a mapping file. The completion of
the mapping might take some time due to the number of sequences and depending on the
load of our compute cluster.I will submit the job to the queue and notify as soon as the
mapping is ready.

your job was not forgotten - However, i fear i have to strain your patience a little bit more
since it is still in the pipeline (but it's the next one to be executed so the mapping should be ready
in 10 to 14 days).

Hi Martijn,
and thanks for your patience. The mapping file is ready now - i will upload it to the MapMan store.
If you supply me with an email adress i will send the mapping plus some summary stats to you
directly.
