Help please! I am having trouble with pathways analysis. I have my experiments file (LogFC data) on setaria italica and I have succesfully submited a fasta file on mercator 4 v5 that resulted in a mapping file. When I use my dataset and the mapping file i am able to generate heatmaps with Pageman, although, when I try to visualize data with Pathways the pathway image doesn't show my data, I am using a X4.5 metabolism overview file that I've downloaded from within the program, other files starting with X4 are not working as well, I am using the 3.6 Mapman version, and I have also tried using old pathways file with a mapping generated in mercator 3.6, that didnt work as well.
