Hello,

I have a question, is it easy to create new mappings and pathways datasets?

my situation is I have Vitis vinifera RNA_seq difference genes, I mapped this RNA_seq to PN40024 and I have Blast2GO_results_PN40024_september_2021.
because in the download part, all the versions of the mappings and pathways are not good for me. so I would like to create a new one.

my question is what kind of material and annotation I should use to do it? thank you
