How do I export the clustering results (both image and gene table)? Thank you.

exporting the data per cluster in MS Excel format is possible by first selecting one of the clusters
by clicking it and then right clicking on the detailed table of transcripts and choosing "export all".
This should open a dialog in which you can choose simple text or MS Excel format and write the
complete table to a file. Exporting the line graph is (unfortunately) not implemented (yet) so you'll
have to recreate the graph from the detailed table in Excel (which is easily done using Excel's line
diagram function).
