Hi guys,
I want to use MapMan to cluster RNA Seq differential expression genes and annotation pathway,
but when I used the mapping file in MapMan, it gave me a error, I think there is just microarray mapping file but no RNA-Seq mapping file,

Any one knows how to solve this problem, very appreciate .

Hi whfwind

which species is this? For many species we also offer gene and/or transcript centric mapping files.

Thanks for your reply,
the species which i used is Arabidopsis, I installed the MapMan in our server, and the mapping directory contains Ath_AFFY_ATH1_TAIR9_Jan2010.m02,
Ath_AGI_TAIR9_Jan2010.m02, and both of these two file ,I have tried to mapping ,but the error msg is :Not enough data points to compute clustering:0

I guess the mapping file can not match my gene ID

so thanks again for your help

Dear whfwind

for Arabidopsis it definitely should work with the agi mapping file. How do your identifiers look like?
Eventually you use .1 .2 etc in the end?
