save and printi clustering results

I like to save my clustering results and use them in the power point presentation. Can I save the clustering results (both charts and gene tables)? I don't find a save option in the file menu. I have trouble printing the clustering charts. Every time I print I get an error message that says " bin output or bin accessory not installed".
