Dear Map Man helpers,
I am currently trying to analyze Affymetrix tomato chips and I would like to find the corresponding mapping file for Map Man. Could you give me any help/advice please?

Best wishes from here!

María Inés

Hi Maria Ines,

all publicly available MapMan mappings are distributed via the MapManStore:
http://mapman.gabipd.org/web/guest/mapmanstore
On this page you can also find the mapping for the affy tomato chip you were
asking for. The most recent one is the file Slyc_AFFY_SGN_BUILD2_070709.

I hope this answers you question - if you have further problems do not hesitate to
ask.

bests,
Marc

Thank you Marc for your answer. I have the file but I need a little help with something else. I am trying to install PageMan in my computer and unfortunately after almost being complete the installer does not finish the process and stays stacked in installing Unstall_PageMan. This occured not only in my computer but also in other computers.
Could you give any advice?
Best wishes,

MInes

Hallo Maria,

you may use the latest MapMan Version, it includes all PageMan as well. From the MapMan Interface you may select some data files and choose open PageMan.
