Hallo
I have problems to use Robin with my CEL files. We performed Microarrays using the grape Affymterix chip and I received the CDF as well as the CEL files from our supplier. But I have no idea how to feed the CDF file into Robin. I also do not have so many experience with the Bioconductor package that might be used to implement that file. Maybe someone can help me?

Dear Stefan,

by default ROBIN autoinstalls necessary cel files which are not preloaded from the bioconductor website. As it seems there might be no grape environment present. We will look into this and if this is really the case rebundle our own environment with Robin.
