Hi!

I am analyzing data from a custom Agilent microarray for tobaco. I already have a mapping file for GO terms and I would like to convert it into a mapping file for MapMan. It seems that MapScavenger should do the job, but what file format I should use for the gene-association file ? Or should it be better to start from probe sequences ?
