I try to use MapMan to analyse my Anabaena gene expression data.
But I could not find how to make mapping files for this organism.
I use NimbleGen array not Affy.

Is there any wayl to make mapping files?

Hi JJ,

currently, there’s not mapping file for Anabaena sp. available. We can auto-generate one,
though, if you supply me with the sequences of the target genes that were used to create
the NimbleGen array and/or a current genome release plus the sequences of the probes
on the array.
