dear mapman group

i know how to load up my data file ( i use the multiple assay file format), but i dont know how to continue.
how can i watch my own affymetrix datas in different pathways and so on. with right mouse klick there are just buttons to add datas???? please help

Then click on pathways and choose a pathway you want to visualize.
You will be prompted for a Mappingfile: choose the one best fitting your organism and array platform.

Next select the (sub)-experiment from your multiple data file by clicking on it.

That should be it.

A BINCODE is a numerical code which describes a functional category within MapMan.
