Hi,

is it possible to use also metabolomic data instead of affymetrix data? I just created a mapping file, I use the Metabolism overview image file. However, i´m not able to link my experimental files to the image file. There alweays appears a popup: Proper mapping not chosen. Is it possible to link this data togehter or is MapMan only for affymetrix data?

There are several ways: as you made your own file and want to use it Overview picture, it is probably best to change the Information on the Overview from Transcript to Symbols (right click on the boxes) Othweise there is a ready-made solution only for metabolites. I have some time course metabolomic data and i would like to use mapman to visualize this data. I see there is a 'ready made' solution for metabolite data. Where can i down load this from?
