Hi,

According to Mapping overview, subBIN 29.1 is for aa activation, and subBIN 29.2 is for protein synthesis. However, in the pathway "Cell functions overview mapping", both "AA activation" and "Protein synthesis" use the same subBIN, 29.1 (it's indicated twice)
(MapMan version 1.4.3).

Nice tool! Thanks.

Hi,

thanks for your suggestion. This had been fixed in the newest version of the map, but not in the old map which is still available. I will fix it.

Kind regards,
Björn
