I have been trying to analyze transcriptomic data using PageMan and i left the cut off value as 1 for either Fishers test or Wilxcon tests, and i realise that the overexpressed genes of values below one did not show iin the results, My overexpressed values ranges from a fold2 change of 0.6 to 13

Sorry I was travelling

First the Cut-off is ONLY effecive on the Fisher test. It will count how many transcripts per BIN are above this threshold (or below the negative threshold) and report per BIN if this is statistically significant.

For Wilcoxon's test it will just test the expression in this BIN vs. all other items.
