Hi,

I am trying out RobiNA for analysis of my microarray data, but after importing my data files I get the following error message:

QC process failed. Exit code: 1

Warning message:
package 'limma' was built under R version 2.15.1
[1] "C"
Error in `[.data.frame`(obj, , columns[]) : undefined columns selected
Calls: read.maimages -> [ -> [.data.frame
Execution halted

What does this mean and how do I solve the problem?
