Arabidopsis mapping

Hi, I hope you can help me with the following issue:

I´ve got 3.650 genes differentialy expressed in Arabidopsis, and my target is mainly on genes associated with flowering. However, when I run my analyses in MapMan only are recognized 2.600. I am using the mapping TAIR10. For example, flowering Locus T (FT) is one the genes that I am interested on, it is over expressed, but I have not been able to get it in the analyses. Other genes associated with lypid signaling are also non visible in the analyses.

Anyone can orient me on how to solve this issue?

Regards,

Lilian
