hello
i'm using the affymetrix citrus chip and i was wondering if such mapping is available
if not, is there a way i can make one myself?

Hi Liron,

in principle you could using several runs of Mercator.

If you have access to the underlying unigenes and want to send them so we can make an automated (i.e. without any manual checking) mapping file available, please contact Marc Lohse per email. (lohse _AT_ mpimp-golm.mpg.de).
