Error: could not read pathway image

Dear Geetha Rang: Youngling Beiträge: 1 Eintrittsdatum: 15.10.09 Neueste Beiträge	Error: could not read pathway image Antwort 09.09.09 11:35 Hi, I want to learn and use MapMan but its giving an error if i click on metabolism overview as could not read pathway image. I want to first learn with the sample data present in the software before going further. Please suggest me how to overcome this.

If there is an error in reading the pathway than something must have gone wrong during the first startup.

There is NO need to reinstall.
You just need to restart mapman.

From the 'File' menu choose 'Preferences' and than press the 'reinstall' button which will trigger the download of the mappings, pathways and sample data files.
