I`m having problem with the Mapman application: the attached graph is the one that I´m obtaining running metabolism overviews. This graph does not show the differentially expressed genes with squares, as always does de application. I´ve tried to modify the options to visualize with symbols, without success. Can anybody help me??

From the attached picture I can see that you have three different data sets.
If you just want to get the 'normal' heat map view, then just select a single data set.
