Hi,
I would like to create an excel file of the genes up and down regulated in a particular category say for eg.transcrition factors, or cell cycle. At the
moment it is only the graphic display and you have to copy each individual block and compile them. This would enhance mapman feature specially if you have
the colour coded blocks and the excel file as well. Also it will be useful when comparing changes across 5-6 experiments.At the moment i have to save image
files for each dataset, print it out and then compare the blocks on paper which is very time consuming. Let me know if this is something which is possible.
