Hi:

When I tried to use chromosome view for maize, I got a error said : error reading data on line (1) ............... Could you tell me what was wrong?

I downloaded both Zm_B73_5b_FGS_cds_2011.txt and Zm_B73_5b_FGS_cds_2011.m02 from Mapman store. However, I can not upload the map file into the mapman.

Hi Tao,

chromosomal locations have not yet been included in the maize mapping file.
We will amend this in an updated release of the mapping.
