Hi everybody,

I begin with mapman. I have results from a RNAseq analyze.
I created a file (text tab format) with two column :
- Identifiers
- Expression values (log2)

I have the good ID format (respect of the upper case) as "potri.001g12500.1" (exemple). When I map there is no find with the populus map downloaded directly from mapman software. But when I map "manually" I found matches.

Could you help me please ?
