unfortunately no, I am also not sure it will work as there are quite some GO references.
Now depends on what you want to do
you can of use the enrichment analysis from within MapMan (PageMan).
If you are simply interested in looking at a gene list versus a background let me know I have a protectected beta site running as well.

If you have a specific visualization in mind, I can potentially also add this, currently I am working on a heatmap-like visualization with a tree. (similar to Pageman, but to have all that functionally cross ported to javascript web only might take some time)

you can also download the website and with a tiny bit of tweaking run it locally.
