Hello MapMan,

Is there anyway currently, or plans in the future to add p-value or B stat information to MapMan input/output? I think the interactive gene info feature part of MapMan is truely powerful and adding stats to the current M value within this feature would be useful. Thanks again, dave

Yes if you use MapMan version 2.0 or higher
load your data like this

ID M A p p.adjust
a -2 10 0.00001 0.01
b 0.2 4 0.2 1

Configure your data file and tell MapMan that columns 2,3,4 are derived from column 1.
Subsequently you can filter on A/p/padjust.

This doesn't influence the downstream stats (yet). Which is always computer on all M values (Axel correct me if I am wrong)
