Hi,

here is the information about how to get more memory into MapMan running on MacOSX:

Go to:
 Applications
   MapMan
MapMan.app (right click showPackageContents)
 Contents
Open the Info.plist file there and add or set the following options there:
Java
  VMOptions
-Xmx524M
-Xms200M
