Hi everyone,
This is my first post in this forum. I am working with RNA Seq data of Drosophilla. I downloaded RobiNA version 1.2.4_built 656. The software seems to be installed well as I can go up to the first step. The required java suits for windows 7, 64 bit is present. Once I create a folder in the drive it starts to set up a workflow. It has been nearly 15 hours and still it is setting up a workflow (screen shot attached). Should I wait for it to finish or should I re install?
