Hi,
When I use "Biotic Stress", I make "WilcoxonRank...." then
I can see the map or a file with "BIn, Function, elements...etc" but I
need to correlate every Probe ID with the Mapman function or BIN, and I can
not do it. I see the numbers of probes that correspond to any function,
but not the relation with each Probe ID with each BIN, at leas not al the probes.
It is true that you can see that in "infoTable" but I can not see all
the probes. Even if not all the genes have a function assigned, I can
not see the total genes that previously have list....
Could you help me? can I have in an "easy" way a total list of relation
between Probe ID and Mapman Function?

Maria

Thanks good observation, in addition, we are currently moving Mercator to a more potent hardware.
