Hi all,
I am analysing POCI microarray data and I am using the mapping file available in the GoMapMan website (http://www.gomapman.org/export/current/mapman/nta_Agilent_4x44k_2014-04-16_mapping.txt). I have a question regarding this mapping file. I would like to know why some probes that are assigned to a bin different to bin 35 have as descriptions "unknown protein" or "hypothetical protein".
