Dear sir,

I am new to use MapMan. I am carrying out RNASeq data analysis generated from Ion Proton platform. I am having list of differentially expressed genes under stressed condition. Want to map those genes onto metabolic pathways using MapMan. Please can you tell me how to arrange the data file for loading it into Mapman.

Hi
you need to arrange these in a cross table
in the column header log fold change and p_values and in the row individual gene identifiers.

Best Wishes
