THANKS FOR SOLVING MY QUESTION !
After I loaded my data into MapMAN and configured it,I failed to claster it dependding on a map file. I tyied many times acoding to different map files, just the result : Error loading cluster panel:Not enough data sets available to compute clustering:0! But the data was enough . Crying for the help!!

you will need to select more than one dataset to cluster. at least two.e.g. two time points.

I find a solution:the mapman can only distinguish the probeset ID(?) ,so,I changed my gene ID to the probeset ID.Cluster easily!Am I right?emoticon

Hi
it is likely that you might have selected the experiment, but not the individual datasets. Explode the dateset by clikcing on the plus and then select all the individual datasets inside.

But question comes:How can I change the GENE ID to the probeset ID ?So many datas!
