Hello,

do you think is it even possible to base all mapman pathways only on proteins information? I have several proteins identified, I used PIR Id mapping to convert gi into several identifiers (UniProt, TAIR, GO etc. etc.)

I wonder, what kind of ID I can use to regular MapMen running and if there are some other threads or impossibilities...

Thanks for any reply and have a great day
