Using MapMan

Exporting Mercator results (pie-chart)

Hi,

I am really impressed by the ease of use and performance of the analysis I've done with Mercator.
Thanks for providing the service.
I wonder what could be best way to export the pie-chart as a higher resolution image.
Thanks once again.

Regards,
Baten

Hi Baten,

we are happy to hear that Mercator is useful to you - unfortunately, though, the pie chart is generated
as a PNG image with a fixed resolution - so the image quality cannot be improved. I can, however,
send you an excel file that lists the number of proteins "binned" in each of the 35 main functional categories
( you'll just have to send me the job identifier of your job or the link that the system has sent to you
via email when you started the job). This file can then be used as the basis for a pie chart that you can
freely design using your tool of choice (e.g. MS Excel or the like) and export in the desired resolution.

best greetings,
Marc
