Hi,
I was wondering what does (gnl|cdd|47395 : 97.3) mean in Mercator mapping? And also what does the number 495.0 implies in the at4g30340 : 495.0? Thanks

Hi Delasa Aghamirzaie,

these numbers indicate the summarised and weighted scores that the input protein sequences achieved
against the listed reference database proteins. For example "at4g30340 : 495.0" would mean that the
input protein in whose descriptive text you have found the "at4g30340 : 495.0" achieved a combined
score of 495.0 against the arabidopsis gene at4g30340 - which would indicate that at4g30340 shows
relatively high sequence/domain similarity to the input protein at hand.

I hope this answers your question -

cheers (and a happy new year),
Marc
