Hi,

I am having problem recently annotating using Mercator. Can anyone help me annotate my sequences (file attached) and fix this problem.

Hi Rao,

i can run the file through mercator manually - it would, however, be great if you
could give me more details on the error you experienced so that we can find out
what happened and whether it was just a temporary lapse in the server, a general error or
a format problem in the input.
