I am trying to import BAM files generated using RefMapper (from 454 sequencing) directly into RobinA but get an error message.

Hi Megan,

in order to find out why the BAM files could not be imported i would need to know
a few more details. Could you please include the actual error message text and
also let me know which operating system and which version of RobiNA you were
using?
