I would like to upload about 3000 different sequences to Mercator (automatic annotation pipline). I put all of the sequences in a FASTA format file. but I could not get a downloadable mapping file for MapMan (the message was error by Mercator). I do not know weather I should upload each sequence in a separate file or my FASTA format has problem. could anybody help me out?

Your message seems to have been overlooked. if this is still valid we need a few more hints where you got stuck.

Mercator is a multiple step procedure!

When(at what step) did the error occur?
Did you uload the fasta file.
Did the process start?
Did the error occur only when downloading the results?

You can send the link of the job to our mail address mapman@gabipd.org so we can check what went wrong and can send you the results.
